Common questions
My AC is running but not cooling — what's going on?
Usually a refrigerant leak, a frozen evaporator coil, or a failing compressor. A dirty filter or blocked outdoor unit can cause the same symptom for a much cheaper fix, so that's the first thing checked.
Is it worth repairing an old AC unit, or should I replace it?
Depends on the age, the specific failure, and what parts cost. Yanni will tell you honestly which side of that line your system is on before recommending either.
Do you install new central air systems?
Yes — full system installs as well as repairs, including homes upgrading from window units or adding central air for the first time.
